Special Congregational Meeting next Sunday (July 20) – Session has called a Special Congregational Meeting for 10:00 next Sunday morning, immediately following the worship service, for the purpose of approving amended Articles of Incorporation and a new set of Bylaws for the church as a non-profit corporation, and to elect a new elder to fill out the term of Jean McDonald, who recently resigned from Session. Copies of the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws are available to read prior to voting next Sunday. They can be attached as a word document and e-mailed. If you would like one e-mailed to you, simply do a reply to this update and request one.
Who would you like to bring to church? Most people begin involvement in church because someone invited them, or, better yet, brought them to church. Who is it that you know through work, school, your neighborhood, or your circle of friends who is waiting for an invitation to take part in the worship and fellowship of Roslyn Presbyterian Church?
