Enjoy a potluck on Tuesday. If you happen to like great food and getting to know people, come to a potluck newly planned for this Tuesday evening at 5:30. There is no program or presentation; this is purely a chance to enjoy one another’s company and the production of some great cooks. Bring a main dish, salad, or dessert to feed about three times your party. If you are somewhat new to the church, you are especially invited to come and get to know people better. (The Men’s Bible Study will meet at its normal 6:30 time following the potluck.)
Velma Clark memorial at 1:00 on Saturday. Velma died earlier this spring, and on Saturday, June 14, we will be celebrating the life of this faithful Christian woman who played a significant role in the life of this church for decades.
Can you help beautify our grounds? On Fridays at 9:00 am, volunteers gather for an hour or two to trim the lawn, pull some weeds, and clean up our property to make it look attractive for our neighbors and community. The more, the merrier, so come to lend your help whenever possible. Tools are supplied, but you might want to bring your own garden gloves.
