- Pray Friday that the presbytery approve our call to Jim Berkley as our permanent pastor. Meeting at Tall Timbers Ranch, a church camp near Lake Wenatchee, the presbytery must endorse our nearly unanimous vote last Sunday with a 75% vote of its own for the call to be finalized. Dr. Berkley has served as our temporary Stated Supply Pastor, and upon presbytery approval will serve as our regular called pastor.
- Join the women’s Bible study this Tuesday evening at 6:30 at Jane Wallick’s home, 801 W 2nd St., Cle Elum. This study of the Book of Esther is led by women for women, using materials by the acclaimed teacher Beth Moore. You can get a copy of the study guide today for $7.50.
- Care Net Banquet, Monday, October 29 ‒ The Care Net Pregnancy Center of Kittitas County receives our support to help prevent abortion and to care for mothers and babies. Pastor Jim Berkley and others will attend the free banquet in Ellensburg at CWU. If you would like to attend, please talk with Jim. You will have an opportunity to support Care Net at the banquet and silent auction.
