New Time for New Member Class. New member classes starting on Sunday, April 21 has had a time change to 10:30 am from 1:00 pm. A series of three meetings is set for Sunday mornings, 10:30–11:30, April 21, 28, and May 5 here at the church. Becoming a member is like getting married: It signifies one’s purpose and allegiance, showing that one professes faith and seeks a setting in which to grow, worship, and serve. Please call the church office (open Monday‒Wednesday mornings) to get your name on the list to attend the classes, after which you will have the opportunity to join or not, as you see fit. Show your Christian discipleship and commitment by becoming a member of Mt. Pisgah Presbyterian Church this spring.
It’s not too late to join. Faithful, Abundant, and True: A 6 week study featuring Kay Arthur, Priscilla Shirer, and Beth Moore, is the new women’s bible study meeting Tuesdays at 6:30. This study will take a one week break to attend the Dessert Social at Episcopal Church in Roslyn and will resume on Tuesday, April 23, meeting at Kathy Juris’ home (4300 Nelson Siding Road, Cle Elum). The DVD’s are kept in the church office and available for review Monday‒Wednesday mornings.
Dessert Social: The women of Mount Pisgah have been invited to a Dessert Social by the women of the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection. The date is Tuesday, April 16 at 6:30 pm. The Episcopal Church is located at the corner of 2nd and Arizona in Roslyn. All women are invited.
