Final children’s program on Tuesday. The “Drive-Thru History America” children’s activity finishes up from 1:00 to 2:30 on Tuesday. It’s one more opportunity to introduce a child 8–12 to our church and to Jesus Christ. Children will have a great time and learn about the intersection of faith and history. Who can you bring? (The Tuesday-evening activity has been cancelled.)
Come to vote on August 25! For Mt. Pisgah to be dismissed to the denomination called the Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians (known as ECO), we need at least 50% of our members to vote for dismissal by at least a 75% favorable vote. The 50% quorum requirement for the vote means that we need our members present for the vote on Sunday, August 25, at 10:00, immediately following the 9:00 worship service. This is one of the most important votes we’ll ever take as a church, so please make every effort to be present. Friends of the congregation will also be able to vote their preference, although their numbers will not affect the quorum requirement, and their vote is advisory only.

Extra copies of a Frequently Asked Questions document are also available by the door for your information. We want all of your questions answered to your satisfaction prior to your vote on August 25.
School supplies are on sale this time of year and make a great addition to the Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes. Think about picking some up on your next shopping trip. All donations can be left in the OCC box in the entry.
