Women’s Bible Study movie on Tuesday, January 16 ‒ The Women’s Bible Study will view the movie “One Night with the King” this Tuesday evening at 6:30 at the Wallick home, 801 W. 2nd, Cle Elum. All women are invited to watch this movie about Esther, the subject of the Women’s Bible Study recently completed.
OCC Project ‒ Want to use your winter months to prepare items for next fall’s Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts? Come to church Wednesday, January 16, at 2:00 pm for Jean McDonald’s demonstration on how to make sewing kits and bags for hygiene supplies.
OCC is collecting items to put inside the sewing kits for the shoeboxes: needles, thread, buttons, trims, material and other miscellaneous items. You can bring the supplies to the service on Sunday or to the church Monday through Wednesday from 9 to noon.
Can you help out on Sunday mornings? Each Sunday morning, greeters welcome people, hosts provide our delicious refreshments, and a lay worship leader helps with our worship liturgy. Might you join the ranks of helpers? A new sign-up sheet can be found on the side table near the kitchen counter. Please get your name on it for the months and ways you can lend a hand.
