Cost: $10; children 5‒10, $5; and children under 5, free. Reach out to your friends in the community to invite them. Pick up your tickets from the church office(649-3572), Kathy Juris(656-2252), or Susan Colts(674-9619).
Every Thursday, join the faithful volunteers who beautify our church. These thoughtful folks weed, mow, plant, and straighten up the landscaping to make our church property look great—and they enjoy the fellowship as they work together. Recently they have worked to regrade the lawn behind the church and manse to improve drainage. Join them this week at 9:00 am on Thursday. And thank Loel Labberton for coordinating the efforts and Art Colts for fixing the sprinkling system multiple times.
Women’s bible study coming soon. Mount Pisgah Women will sponsor the Beth Moore study of Esther: It’s Tough Being a Woman. This timeless story has application for our lives as women in modern America. “If you have ever felt inadequate, threatened, or pushed into situations that seemed overpowering, this is the study for you. This unique study will lead women through a journey of tragedy and triumph, teaching you how to trust God’s providence for the tough times.” Meetings will be held on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 at Jane Wallick’s. The study uses a workbook, please let Jan Labberton(649-2911) or Susan Colts(649-3572) know if you will be coming so we can order enough for everyone.
